Portland, Ore. — Authorities are actively searching for a 51-year-old man who walked away from his care facility on Sunday morning. Yoon Hyun was last seen around 10:30 a.m. at the facility located near Northeast 102nd Avenue and Burnside.
According to police, Yoon has a known history of seizures, which has raised concern for his safety. He was wearing a camouflage sweatshirt and black sweatpants when he left the facility. Yoon is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds.
Law enforcement is urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward. They are also reminding the public to stay vigilant as they continue their efforts to locate Yoon and ensure his well-being.
