Astoria Fire Department recognizes chaplain Bruce Holt for three years of service

Astoria, OR – The Astoria Fire Department recognized Chaplain Bruce Holt for reaching three years of service supporting both firefighters and the community.

Department officials said Holt has become a valuable resource for crew members, providing support during difficult calls and challenging situations.

His role also extends to assisting community members who have required the department’s services.

According to the department, Holt’s presence and positive approach have made a meaningful impact, offering guidance and comfort in high-stress environments.

The department expressed appreciation for his continued dedication and thanked him for his service over the past three years.
