Clackamas, OR — The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting incident in the parking lot of Clackamas Town Center on Friday afternoon, December 20, 2024. The incident prompted a swift response from law enforcement and emergency personnel.

At approximately 2:30 p.m., authorities were alerted to the shooting at the popular shopping destination, which is located just south of Portland. The Sheriff’s Office quickly arrived on the scene, along with medical teams, to assist those involved. No immediate details were provided regarding the number of victims, their conditions, or potential suspects.

Witnesses reported seeing law enforcement officials and emergency responders cordoning off the area as the investigation unfolded. Authorities have not yet released any information on the circumstances leading up to the shooting or whether the incident was related to any ongoing disputes or criminal activity.

The Clackamas Town Center, a major retail hub in the region, remained open during the investigation, though some areas of the parking lot were temporarily closed off to the public.
