Astoria, OR – Astoria Parks & Recreation encouraged families to enjoy the weekend at Tapiola Park following the replenishment of the park’s sandbox.
The department shared the update Friday, inviting community members to take advantage of the refreshed sandbox during the weekend.
The department also teased another addition coming to the park, announcing that a new sand digger would be arriving soon.
The new equipment is expected to provide children with another way to play and explore in the sandbox area.
Astoria Parks & Recreation encouraged residents to visit Tapiola Park and enjoy the updated play area.
