BOZEMAN, Mont. – The Bozeman Fire Department now has five brand new defibrillators and three automated CPR machines, reports NBC Montana.

The fire department posted to Facebook, “Bozeman Fire recently placed 5 new LIFEPAK 15 monitor/defibrillators in service this past week along with 3 new Lucas automated CPR compression devices. These items are simply an updated 2020 version of older equipment we had on all front line apparatus. With these new devices our crews are able to work more efficiently on Advanced Life Support medical calls which made up for 57% of our 2019 call volume. Always here when you need us, have a safe end to 2020.”
