Astoria, OR – According to the statement, the meeting will be held at the Oregon Department of Transportation Region 5 Headquarters from 9 a.m. to noon.

NEACT is comprised of transportation partners from Morrow, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa and Baker counties, plus the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation.
