Astoria, OR – According to the state officials, all concrete work is complete and the remaining tasks include:
- Electrical work for the rapid flashing beacon at U.S. 95 and Oregon Avenue.
- Paving is expected to be completed by May 10.
- All tasks, except finish work, expected to be completed by May 17.
- Finish work includes installing signs and re-striping highway and pedestrian markings.

- Curb ramp construction is expected to wrap up the week of May 6.
- Paving is expected during the week of May 13.
- All curb ramp work is expected to be completed by May 17.
- Finish work, including installing signs and re-striping highway and pedestrian markings, remains.
U.S. 30 (through Ontario):
The contractor is currently working on these tasks through early May.
- Concrete work on island at intersection with I-84 eastbound on-/off-ramps.
- Finishing electric work Goodfellow Street.
- Work on new pedestrian pole at East Lane.
- Begin removing curbs on southwest corners of Goodfellow Street and island at intersection with I-84 eastbound on-/off-ramps.
- NIGHT WORK will continue on U.S. 30 into July.
Southeast Claude Road:
- Curb work is complete.
- Paving is expected to be complete by May 10.
- Finish work, including installing signs and re-striping highway and pedestrian markings, remains.
