Astoria, OR – According to the city officials, the Dr. Harvey Award recognizes significant historic preservation projects that contribute to the preservation and architectural heritage in Astoria.
Citizens are encouraged to nominate a project or property owner who has made outstanding efforts to preserve historic buildings.
Nomination forms can be downloaded from the City’s website, or picked up at City Hall, 1095 Duane St., Astoria.
The Historic Landmarks Commission will review the nominations and determine winners based on the contributions of the project to the architectural and historical character of the community.
Awards will be formally presented at the City Council meeting on May 6, 2024.
