Gov. Kotek announced that Andre Bealer has joined the administration as her Director of Equity and Racial Justice

Astoria, OR – According to the state officials, Andre Bealer most recently served as the Workforce Equity Program Manager for Metro.

Andre Bealer released the following statement:

“I am both thrilled and honored to join Governor Tina Kotek’s Office in the Director of Equity and Racial Justice role.

I am eager to contribute my passion, experience, and dedication to advancing social justice and fostering positive change within our communities.

This pivotal role underscores Governor Kotek’s commitment to dismantling systemic inequities, promoting diversity, and nurturing a culture where justice is not just an ideal but a lived reality.
